Doug arrived right on time and proceeded to diagnose my problem. My unit was 20 years old and the fix would be about $1000. I asked him for an estimate to replace the entire unit. It was within my budget so the install team showed up the next morning on now the new coldest day of the season and installed my new unit. They were meticulous and did a great job. Had some problem with the new Ecobee they installed but were out the next day to do some new adjustments and now everything is great.
